Pedestrian Rafael Duran, 53, dies after being struck by two vehicles on South 6th Avenue and West Ohio Street in Tucson, Arizona
Deadly pedestrian collision near 6th and West Ohio Street
When authorities arrived at the scene they found the man with life threatening injuries and transported him to Banner University Medical Center where he died shortly after his arrival.
T.P.D. says the man was crossing eastbound across 6th Ave. a little ways north of Ohio Street.
Police say the man was not using a crosswalk and was struck by a vehicle as he was crossing the street.
The driver of the car pulled over to help the man but before he could get to him the man was hit by a second car.
