Dust storm in Arkansas causes fatal crash
Forecasters issued a dust storm warning for parts of northeastern Arkansas because of 35 mph winds that gusted at times to 50 mph.
State police identified the man killed as Benjamin Brantley, 50, of Brookville, Fla. A police report said the crash occurred during "near-zero visibility."
Police closed portions of U.S. 63 and U.S. 412 on Sunday evening because visibility was so poor.
