Christopher O'Guinn, 25, killed in pedestrian collision with train in downtown Fresno, California

Authorities say a train struck and killed a photographer in Central California while he took pictures of a model posing with a different train in the background. Police say the photographer was taking pictures of the female model, using a southbound train as a backdrop. The Fresno County Sheriff's Office identified the photographer as 25-year-old Christopher O'Guinn of Fresno.
