Police: One dead in DUI collision on foggy Jensen Avenue in southwest Fresno
Fresno police have taken over the investigation. Lt. Joe Gomez said one driver is dead and a second has been arrested on charges of felony driving under the influence and manslaughter.

Lt. Joe Gomez said Jose Antonio Montano, 31, was driving a Chevrolet Avalanche pickup when he collided head-on with a Honda Accord, killing the driver.
Montano was arrested on suspicion of vehicular homicide, felony DUI and felony DUI with a blood-alcohol level higher than 0.08 percent.
The Fresno County coroner identified the dead man as Andres Mendoza, 59, of Kerman.
