Four people killed in collision at Floyd and Shaw in Fresno County, California

CHP spokesperson Mike Salas said the driver of the Ford stopped at the stop sign and proceeded into the intersection, failing to yield the right of way to an oncoming Nissan Altima that was traveling westbound on Shaw Avenue.
