A fatal multi-vehicle crash on the rain-slicked 101 Freeway in the Hollywood Hills Saturday morning forced the closure of all northbound lanes.

Officials said Queveda was driving a 2000 Acura sedan at an unknown speed in the No. 3 lane, which became slick due to rain throughout the evening and had light drizzle at the time of the crash.
