Five injured in three-car collision on 110 Freeway in Elysian Park

Fire crews rescued several people trapped in one of the cars. Four people were taken to the hospital, including an infant who is “fighting for her life,”  Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey said.

A 23-year-old male with minor injuries was taken into custody by California Highway Patrol, the fire department said.
