The driver of the pickup truck, identified as 34-year-old Philip Torres II, sustained minor injuries and was arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter and DUI.

Dewayne Coleman, 47, died Saturday when a pickup crashed into parked car on the shoulder Pacific Coast Highway. Coleman was pronounced deceased at the crash site; a female passenger in his vehicle was transported to a hospital. The pickup driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
