Two pedestrians killed and hit-and-run driver Humberto Lopez Flores, 26, arrested following collision on N. Shattuck Place in Orange, California

Flores was booked at Orange County Jail for two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, driving under the influence of alcohol causing death, and for fleeing the scene of the traffic collision, police said.
