Two people were hospitalized after crashing their pickup truck into a concrete abutment in a rural wash in Menifee early this morning, Friday, Feb. 11. The high-speed impact, which happened under Sherman Road between Ethanac and McLaughlin roads, left both occupants trapped and injured inside the heavily damaged truck.
