Man burns to death in head-on crash that kills two
A man burned to death after the vehicle he was driving crossed over the center line, struck another vehicle head-on and burst into flames later Friday on Highway 12. The driver of the second vehicle also died, the California Highway Patrol.
The names of the victims have not been released. The driver who burned to death was a 35-year-old man. His city of residence is not known. The second driver who died was a 65-year-old woman from Modesto.
