Modesto police seek driver involved in hit-and-run that leaves pedestrian badly injured
Officers with the Traffic Safety Unit are asking for help locating the driver of the vehicle involved, which appears to be a white or silver sedan. Officers also want to speak with a witness who was driving behind that car.
