SUV catches fire after crash on Elkhorn Boulevard in Sacramento, California

A vehicle ran a red light and crashed into another on Elkhorn Boulevard. One of the vehicles involved, an SUV, came to a stop on the shoulder of the road after the crash and burst into flames.
