Victim identified in deadly I-5 accident in Sacramento

The victim in a Friday morning suspected drunk driving collision has been identified as 55-year-old Mohammad Rouf of Elk Grove.
At about 4:15 a.m., Timothy Bolton, who has now been arrested for suspected DUI, was driving on I-5 when he lost control and crashed into a sign and a pole. He then exited his vehicle and began to run down the freeway. As he was in the roadway, a pickup truck suddenly swerved in an attempt to avoid the man, but crashed and caused a pileup involving several more vehicles.
