According to police, Ahmad had dropped off a 38-year old woman and a family member near the intersection of 16-th Street, when he was summoned to come back because the woman forgot her cell phone in his cab.
Ahmad and the woman got into a verbal argument, which police say ended when Ahmad allegedly ran the woman’s leg over and drove off.
