A van carrying 10 teens was found in the canal off West Eight Mile Road near King Island and Paradise Point in Stockton, according to the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office.

A 2006 Toyota Sienna with 10 occupants, ranging in age from 12 to 17, was going westbound on Eight Mile Road when the driver lost control of the van.
