Man struck by slow-moving vehicle in Vallejo
Police claim the vehicle was traveling at approximately 5 to 10 mph at the time of the collision. The victim suffered minor wounds to his hand and was taken via ambulance to Kaiser medical facility, police said. The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene to speak with officers after the incident.
