Two dead in small plane crash on California road
The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department and Hesperia Police say the plane crashed on a road and was on fire when deputies and first responders arrived shortly after 5 p.m. The plane crashed near the Hesperia Airport.
2 killed in Hesperia plane crash identified as father, stepson
The family of 44-year-old Matthew Kaplan and his 15-year-old stepson Parker Gibson sent photos of the two to Eyewitness News. They said the two were headed from Hesperia to Torrance at the time of the crash.
