On Tuesday, 04/04/2017, at 11:34 AM, 911 was called after a black Kia sedan, traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 58 approximately 1/4 mile west of State Route 395, at Kramer Junction, crossed the double yellow line and struck an eastbound 18 wheeler semi tractor trailer head on.
