Marine Brandon Bizarro, 22, killed in hit-and-run motorcycle crash with Ezequiel Cazares Garcia, 30, on Douglas Drive in Oceanside, California

The driver of a white Budget rental box truck, 30-year-old Ezequiel Cazares Garcia of Oceanside, made a U-turn ahead of Brandon Joseph Bizzaro who was unable to stop and crashed into the truck, and later died from his injuries at the hospital.Garcia fled the scene and returned the truck to the Mission Avenue business where he leased it. Garcia eventually returned to the scene and identified himself as the man who was driving the truck.
