Student Hurt in Hit-and-Run in Front of Lincoln High School
A student was struck and injured by a hit-and-run driver in front of Lincoln High School Wednesday morning, authorities confirmed. The collision happened just after 9 a.m. in front of the school in the 4700 block of Imperial Avenue. Officers with the San Diego Police Department (SDPD) said an unknown driver was making a left turn from 49th Street onto Imperial Avenue just as a 17-year-old Lincoln High School student was crossing the street.
