Man dies after being struck by hit-and-run driver in downtown parking lot
The victim, who was identified as a man in his 30s, was walking through the parking lot on Eighth and B streets in downtown when a black Ford F-150 truck heading through the lot at a high rate of speed hit the man, police said.
