One of two foreign visitors riding a motorcycle in unincorporated Napa County died and the other suffered major injuries in a solo-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon near Knoxville, a California Highway Patrol spokesman said.

His passenger, Lygia Bruno Lobo, 60, was killed when the 2009 Moto Guzzi left the roadway on a curve and plunged into a drainage culvert, ejecting her, the CHP said.
