4-vehicle crash blocks lane of Hwy 29

A four-vehicle crash on Highway 29 near the Highway 221 intersection blocked a lane of northbound traffic for nearly an hour Tuesday morning. The California Highway Patrol said the accident, which briefly trapped an injured motorist, resulted in one person being transported to Queen of the Valley Medical Center with injuries. The accident was reported at 9:20 a.m. Additional details were not immediately available.
