Arriving officers found both vehicles completely ripped apart by the force of the crash and both drivers were declared dead at the scene.
Update: Napa coroner identifies 2 motorists who died in Highway 29 crash
The Napa County Coroner’s Office identified the motorists as Andress Hatch, 68, of Yountville, and Jonathan Thorn, 32, of Lower Lake.
