A 2-year-old was taken to the hospital on Monday after the boy was struck by a car in San Jose, police said.
2-Year Old Boy Seriously Injured After Being Struck By Car While Walking Near San Jose Intersection
It happened around 11:15 a.m. on Monday near the intersection of Midpine and McLaughlin avenues. Responding officers found the boy on the ground. He was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries, but the injuries have not been classified as life-threatening at this time.
A 2-year-old boy suffered serious injuries after he wandered into traffic and was struck by a car. The driver remained at the scene to help. The boy was sent to the hospital and his injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
