San Jose man identified as motorcyclist killed in Highway 101 crash

A 50-year-old San Jose man was killed when his motorcycle crashed into the back of a vehicle on Highway 101 early Tuesday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A car traveling in the fast lane on Highway 101 was forced to slow down when its rear-right tire went flat, A man driving a motorcycle behind the car did not have time to slow down and hit the back of the vehicle. He was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries. Investigators say he wa swearing full riding gear during the crash, and that alcohol was not a factor. The man was identified as Jimmy Truong.
