San Jose man, 21, killed in crash; driver arrested on suspicion of DUI

Saturday at 12:10 a.m. Molina was behind the wheel of a 2012 Toyota that was traveling westbound on Metcalf Road east of Malech Road when he failed to navigate a curve and crashed into a tree, according to the CHP. Molina suffered minor injuries, according to the CHP. The crash remains under investigation. Once the investigation is complete, the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office will review the case and determine whether to file criminal charges. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to contact Officer Buchanan at the Hollister-Gilroy CHP office at 408-848-2324 x304.
