Woman arrested in Moorpark hit-and-run
The bicyclist, described as a 62-year-old Moorpark woman, was in the marked bicycle lane and the car was in the far-right lane, authorities said. As the car approached the bicyclist, it moved into the bike lane "for unknown reasons" and hit the woman, the Ventura County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
