Police in Aurora are investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcycle and car Sunday evening.
On Sunday evening, a motorcycle was traveling east on East Iliff Avenue when in collided with a car driven by an adult woman with three passengers that was making a left turn onto Blackhawk. The motorcycle struck the right passenger side of the sedan, throwing the driver of the motorcycle onto the street, where he was pronounced dead at the scene. The motorcyclist, who was wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at the scene. All of the car’s occupants were brought to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuried. Speed appears to have been a factor. We'll update this story as more details emerge.
