Second victim in Boulder crash dies after being taken off life support

Reynolds and Ramas were in a 2010 Honda Fit on westbound Arapahoe Avenue, and had stopped at the intersection with Foothills Parkway when a 2002 Volkswagen Jetta, also traveling west on Arapahoe, crashed into them and another vehicle at 11:52 p.m. Saturday, police said.
