Bicyclist hit, killed in Lakewood ID'd
Daniel Houtz was traveling east across Wadsworth Boulevard when he was struck and by a Ford F-150 pickup. The driver stopped to assist at the scene, but Houtz was fatally injured. Houtz apparently was not crossing the road in a crosswalk. Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be involved, but this accident is still under investigation.
