Lakewood High School basketball player dies after I-70 crash
Mackenzie Forrest, 17, lost control of a 1997 Toyota 4Runner while traveling eastbound on I-70 about 3:25 a.m., the Colorado State Patrol said. The SUV went up an embankment, returned to the highway and rolled twice. Forrest, the only occupant of the vehicle, was ejected.
