UPDATE: Guilford Police Identify Victim in Fatal Crash
In a press release, Guilford police have identified the victim in the single vehicle fatal crash as being Kyle Hartmann, 21, of Alden Drive in Guilford. Police said the cause of the accident remains under investigation.
