Felicita Ayala, 60, killed in hit-and-run pedestrian collision in Hartford, Connecticut

Felicita Ayala, 60, was hit Sunday morning in Hartford. She was pronounced deceased early Tuesday morning at the hospital. A witness told authorities that Ayala was hit as she was crossing a street and that the vehicle fled to the north. They have not located the driver. Authorities believe the vehicle could have been a white or tan SUV.
