Milford man on life support, in critical condition after motorcycle crash

According to authorities, 29-year-old Steven Mollica was thrown from his bike when he failed to negotiate a curve on Long Wharf Drive near the Vietnam Memorial, hitting a curb. They say the Merwin Avenue man suffered numerous head and body injuries. He was taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital and is in critical condition.
