Justin Zacheis, 44, died in a collision involving a tractor trailer and a pickup truck at the intersection of Sandtown Road and Burnite Mill Road in Felton, Delaware

The Volvo then turned eastbound on Burnite Mill Road, causing its trailer to enter the path of the Ford. The driver attempted to steer the Ford to the right to avoid the collision but was unsuccessful, causing the vehicle to underride the Volvo’s trailer police said.
