Man stable after Memorial Drive motorcycle crash
New Castle Paramedics responded to the scene on the first block of Memorial Drive at 11:15 p.m. and found the man, separated from his bike, suffering from injuries to his head and face, as well as extensive road rash, according to a press release issued by the paramedics on Sunday.
