Police: Woman kills pedestrian after double carjacking, series of crashes in Delaware
The incident started around 9:30 a.m. when police say 30-year-old Brittallia Semaan carjacked the driver of a Chevrolet Trax on the 4000 block of New Castle Ave (Rt. 9).

Police said the driver drove off and struck another pedestrian, causing minor injuries. The driver fled the scene and was involved in another collision, police said.
