Carl Timm, 39, dies after being hit by Moses Tamba, 30, while crossing a state highway intersection in Newark, Delaware

Carl Timm, 39, of Richardson, Texas, died early Wednesday morning when he attempted to cross a state highway intersection and a car crashed into him, then crashed into an ambulance. The incident occured in Newark, Delaware around 1:00 a.m. on October 15. Timm did not use a crosswalk when crossing, and police believe he may have been drinking. Moses Tamba, 30, who drove the car, did not receive injuries. Those in the ambulance were also  uninjured.
