Three tow trucks are working to pull a tractor-trailer back onto the road after it went through a guardrail and into a ditch on the Beltway's Outer Loop. It appears the driver lost control of the truck at Kenilworth Avenue around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, crashed into a guardrail and landed partially in a ditch. No one was hurt. A crane has been called to the scene to stabilize the truck while the tow trucks try to pull the it back onto the road. There's no word on how long the process will take. Two right lanes of the Outer Loop at Kenilworth Avenue are closed because of the accident. The tractor-trailer is also blocking the entrance ramp from northbound 202 onto the Beltway.
