A worker was killed in an accident at U.S. Sugar’s Clewiston facility, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration said.

Jeremy Scott Mullins, 25, was washing down sugar on the ground between “the plant and the A frame” when “the A frame moved forward toward the plant and Mr. Mullins was pinched between the A frame and plant,” according to a Hendry County Sheriff’s Office report.
