One dead, one injured in N. Fort Myers head-on crash
Dansec was found at fault for driving on the wrong side of the roadway.
One driver is dead and another is seriously injured after a head-crash in North Fort Myers Friday at the intersection of Old 41 and Willis Road at around 1:40 p.m. A 1999 Cadillac driven by Kimberly Maroney, 59, was going north on Old 41. A 2002 Honda driven by Deborah Dancsec, 63, was going south in the middle of the northbound lane of Old 41. The cars collided head on. Both drivers were rushed to the hospital, where Maroney was pronounced dead. Dancsec sustained serious injuries.
