The 2007 Ford Explorer was northbound on County Road 721 near Bullhead Rd. in Glades County when it crossed the centerline and entered the southbound lane, then departed the roadway. The right front of the truck a tree on the west grassy shoulder. Collision impact redirected the rear of the vehicle in a clockwise direction.
Hatch was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital, and has since been reported to be in stable condition. Hatch was also charged with careless driving for the accident.
