Florida Highway Patrol identified the victim in the single car crash on US-27 in Glades County on Saturday. He is 78-year-old Richard McGoogan of Sebring.
Troopers are investigating the sene of an accident that killed at least one person on US-27 near Moore Haven, Florida. The accident occurred at approximately 6 AM on US-27 near Lykes Road.
