A driver and front seat passenger were in a Hyundai headed southbound on 34th Street approaching 20th Avenue when a northbound driver in a Honda tried to make a U-turn to go south, said Officer Ben Tobias, GPD spokesperson.

Police said Carol O'Hern, 75, and Eugene O'Hern, 73, from Rockledge, FL were driving in a blue Honda northbound on 34th St when they tried making a U-turn back southbound at the intersection with 20th Ave. Gabrelle Gibson, 25, of Gainesville was driving a black Hyundai south on 34th St when he collided with the O'Herns.
