Michael F. Ciopryna, 75, of Jacksonville, was driving west when for an as-yet unknown reason his car drifted across two lanes and off the road where it hit 26-year-old bicyclist Ashley A. Nier, also of Jacksonville, about 9:35 p.m.

It's truly tragic to hear
It's truly tragic to hear about this. I persoanlly knew Ashley as we went to school together and my brother was one of her best friends. It's even more tragic to know that she left behind a young son to now has to continue to grow up without her by his side. :(
