Man Run Over Twice in Deadly Hit-and-Run in Allapattah
Eyewitnesses told police the man was crouching down and petting a cat when a white Ford F-350 pickup truck hit him as it was pulling into a parking spot. The driver got out of the truck, saw the victim, got back into the truck and ran over the victim again as he backed up and left, police said.
