Charges against Delray man upgraded after victim of Lauderdale hit-run dies
Varsam, who had been charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving injury, is now facing charges of leaving the scene of an accident involving death.
Varsam, who surrendered to authorities Tuesday, was being held in the Broward County jail on $30,000 bond.
