Driver critically injured in Suwannee Co. crash
According to FHP, just after 4 p.m., a driver in a pickup truck was heading south on a private driveway approaching 168th Street. A dump truck was traveling west on 168th Street. The driver of the pickup attempted to make a left turn onto 168th Street and was hit by the dump truck. The collision caused the pickup to overturn off of the shoulder of the roadway. The driver of the pickup, 53-year-old Live Oak resident Craig Payne, was airlifted from the scene with critical injuries.
